Privacy notice

What we collect

Your name, email address and password (stored as a secure hash).
Your delivery address, from PayPal, to post your tag.
Credentials that let our server read your tag's location from Google's Find Hub network.
The locations your tag reports, with the time of each report.
Payment status from PayPal. We never see your card details.

Why

To provide the service you've paid for (contract), to send you messages about your account and your tag (contract), and to keep records for tax (legal obligation). Marketing emails only if you opted in.

How long we keep it

Location history: [e.g. 90 days]. Account data: while your account is open and [e.g. 6 years] after for tax records. When you close your account we delete your Google credentials and location history within [30] days.

Who we share it with

PayPal (payments), our email provider (sending account emails), and our hosting provider. Nobody else, and we never sell data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Contact support@redplumm.com.
