Delete your account

You can delete your Little Footprints account at any time, either in the app (Account, then Delete account) or here on the website.

What happens

Any subscription is cancelled straight away and you won't be charged again.
Your tag's location history and the link to your Google account are erased from our servers.
Your name, email address and password are removed.
Records of payments you've made are kept, without your name or contact details, because UK tax law requires us to keep them for six years.

Can't sign in? Email support@redplumm.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
