No new locations

Tags are found by Android phones passing nearby. At home on a quiet street, or in the countryside, updates can be hours apart. That's normal.

If nothing has come through for a day in a busy place: - Check the tag's battery. - Check the tag is still in the bag or coat. - Open the app and make sure you're signed in.

The app says to link Google again

Google occasionally asks for sign-in again. Open the app and follow the prompt.
