Pairing your tag

Pairing connects the tag to your Google account so Google's Find Hub network can find it.

• Make sure Bluetooth and location are on.
• Press the button on the tag until it beeps.
• In the app, tap Add a tag and keep the tag within a metre of your phone.
• Give it a name your child would recognise, like "Ella's bag".

Adding another tag later

Pair it to the same Google account, then tap Add a tag in the app. It appears straight away.

It didn't work

Restart your phone, press the tag button again, and retry. If it still fails, email us and tell us your phone model.
